PSEW Conference in Świnoujście

Alpin Weld participated in the PSEW Conference in Świnoujście, one of the most important event of wind energy industry in Poland and in Europe, which took place on July 08-10, 2026.

The conference, organized by the Polish Wind Energy Association (PSEW), brought together industry leaders, investors, developers, manufacturers, service providers, and policymakers to discuss the future of onshore and offshore wind energy, renewable energy development, and the ongoing energy transition.

For Alpin Weld, the most valuable part of the event was the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) track. The subject of the discussion was the possibility of using the dynamic development of Polish offshore wind energy to build national operational capabilities and generate long-term economic value. Particular attention was paid to the O&M area, currently perceived as a strategic meeting point of industry, labor market, economic policy and state energy security. The conversation was about whether Poland will become the operating center of offshore wind in the Baltic Sea – and what needs to be done to take advantage of this opportunity.

These topics are particularly relevant to our business, as high-quality maintenance and technical services play a crucial role in ensuring the long-term performance of wind energy assets.

The conference also provided an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge with industry experts, learn about the latest market trends, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders from across the renewable energy sector. The insights gained during the event will help Alpin Weld further develop its competencies and support the growing needs of the wind energy industry.

We would like to thank the organizers and all participants for inspiring discussions and valuable networking opportunities. We look forward to contributing to the continued growth of the wind energy sector and participating in future editions of the conference.
