General Data Protection Regulation

Policy for Alpin Weld

Pursuant to art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, p. 1) (hereinafter: GDPR), I inform you that:

2. Purposes and legal basis for personal data processing:
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of: direct marketing, provision of services, sending information electronically on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR, i.e. your consent to the processing of personal data.

3. Voluntary provision of personal data:
Providing your personal data is voluntary and is a condition for the provision of the service.

4. Data processing time Your personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years from the date of service provision.

5. Based on the GDPR, you have the right to:
• request access to your personal data
• request rectification of your personal data
• request deletion of your personal data
• request restriction of the processing of personal data
• object to the processing of personal data
• request transfer of personal data

6. Right to withdraw consent:
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal of your consent to the processing of personal data does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

7. Complaint to the supervisory authority:
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

8. Transfer of personal data to a third country or international organization:
Personal data will be transferred to a third country or international organization.

9. Information on automated decision-making, including profiling:
The Administrator will use automated decision-making, including profiling, to process data.
